Heidi recently joined grassroots solutions as the office manager. In her role, Heidi will be working with other administrative staff under the Director of Operations and Administration to ensure that the firm runs smoothly. Her daily tasks are varied and certainly not limited, and often fall under the “whatever it takes” category.

Heidi has a rich history in the nonprofit sector and beyond, having spent time in Governor Dayton’s Citizen Outreach Office as well as having had her hand in the work of various governmental organizations in Florida. Heidi has a bachelor’s degree in political science and is working towards a master’s degree in advocacy and political leadership at University of Minnesota- Duluth.

Heidi is originally from Florida and is a relatively new transplant to Minnesota. She likes to say that she gave up humidity for snow, running for yoga and grouper for walleye. Heidi likes to spend her time wandering around any one of the many lakes Minnesota has to offer, and can frequently be found strolling along the Minnehaha Parkway in south Minneapolis.
